# What is MyTicker
**MyTicker is a launchpad and post-purchase infrastructure layer built for e-commerce brands.** We allow brands to launch their own token, connect that token to real commerce, reward customers after they buy, and build an active market around the brand.
## From customers to participants
A traditional e-commerce relationship usually ends at checkout. MyTicker extends it. Customers earn brand tokens through purchases, use those tokens to play custom games for brand rewards, hold them for additional incentives, or participate in the broader market around the brand.
At the same time, traders can discover and trade brand tokens tied to real e-commerce businesses. The result is a new layer between **e-commerce, on-chain markets, and a new customer experience**.
## One token with multiple functions
A brand token can become part of several parts of the ecosystem:
* **Trade**: An open market can form around the brand.
* **Earn**: Customers receive tokens through purchases and other actions.
* **Play**: Tokens can be used in games to unlock products, discounts, and other rewards.
* **Hold**: Holders can receive incentives linked to high-quality brands.
This creates something traditional loyalty points cannot provide: a shared asset connecting the **brand, its customers, and its market**.
